Question by Pradeep: Not getting rebate from purchase.com, suggestion for subsequent course of action?
Dear customers,
I purchased a Logitech Webcam through purchase.com about ten months ago (that is correct). I sent all the documents for the mail in rebate. Following the 8 weeks, i contact them and they say they have sent it to the incorrect address and informed me to wait 2-3 weeks to get the rebate verify. Then, i phone up once again and now it appears the rebate company is being taken over
